Food! By Lizzi shop terms & conditions


By submitting your order you agree to our terms and conditions. All orders must be paid for at the time of placing. Due to the fresh nature of the products all orders are final and cannot be amended, changed or cancelled once placed. Please contact us via the contact page in an emergency and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.


All orders are sent via UPS courier service. We have found this to be the quickest and most reliable service. Please ensure that someone is available to sign for your delivery at your stated address and follow the storage instructions. We cannot be held responsible for any attempted or missed deliveries.


On arrival please remove your order from the delivery packaging and refrigerate. Consume within 3 days of delivery.

Refunds and replacements

Please contact us at hello@foodbylizzi.com if your order does not reach you in a satisfactory condition. Whilst every care is taken to package the items for safe delivery we understand sometimes things don’t always go to plan. Send us an email within 7 days with your order number, date of delivery and details (including photographs) of your complaint and we will arrange for either a replacement to be sent out or a refund. Please note all products must be removed from the delivery packaging on arrival and placed in a fridge, we cannot be held responsible for an items not stored in the correct manner once delivered.
